Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Aurrelis, customer satisfaction is important to us. We maintain a No Return Policy for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we are committed to assisting you through eligible replacement or refund support as outlined below.


1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

This policy helps us maintain product hygiene standards and quality assurance, especially for beauty, skincare, fragrance, and personal care products.


2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement support in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective item received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing item in shipment

  • Leakage or transit damage (where applicable)


3. How to Request a Replacement

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

4. Replacement Approval Process

Once verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement shipment of the same item

  • Store credit (where applicable)

  • Refund in exceptional approved cases

Replacement requests are subject to review and verification.


5. Refund Policy

As a general policy, we do not offer refunds after successful delivery.

However, refunds may be considered only in limited situations such as:

  • Product unavailable after order confirmation

  • Approved damaged/wrong item case where replacement is not possible

  • Duplicate payment / payment error

  • Order cancelled by Aurrelis

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing timeline.


6. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement / refund requests may not be approved for:

  • Used/opened products

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Fragrance preference dissatisfaction after use

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Delay caused by courier or uncontrollable events

  • Requests raised after the allowed reporting period


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to processing stage. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
