1. Delivery Timelines (Within India)

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Please note that public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may impact delivery times.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all standard orders within India.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if applicable for special deliveries) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST are processed on the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST will be processed on the next working day.

  • No shipments are dispatched on Sundays or public holidays due to courier partner unavailability.

  • Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

4. Tracking & Courier Services

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

  • We primarily use Delhivery and Bluedart Logistics for shipping. If unavailable in your region, we may use other trusted courier partners.

5. Address & Contact Details

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to:

    • Change the delivery address

    • Modify the contact number or recipient details

  • Please ensure all details are entered accurately at checkout.

6. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Aurrelis does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • All orders must be prepaid using the secure payment options available at checkout.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to deliver your orders on time, Aurrelis is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural calamities

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control
